BUSINESS 4 YOU(TH)

BUSINESS 4 YOU(TH) AT A GLANCE

Here at Business 4 You(th), we strive to educate young students about the principles of business. As high-schoolers who are passionate about business, we know that many primary and secondary schools do not offer any business-related classes. We feel as though it is our responsibility to raise awareness about various aspects of business, since it is universally important, no matter what career path is chosen. In our 12-week program, we educate students on a wide-range of topics including marketing, finance, economics, and entrepreneurship, featuring guest speakers such as Harvard MBA's, Ivy League students, PhD students, and executives at top tech companies.

WHY BUSINESS?

Business is by far the most popular major in college. It is a field that is applicable to everyone, no matter what career path they choose. Yet, middle schools and high schools fail to educate their students on business, so students do not have any real experience with the subject before going to college. Here at Business 4 You(th), we seek to change this -- through our free program, we will teach your students about the various fields of business and show them why business is so important. This way, they can progress into high school and college with a solid foundation on the principles of business.

OUR PROGRAM

In our 12-week program, we will be covering many topics. These include, but are not limited to, general business, economics, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. Students who take part in our program can gain an edge on their peers. With the knowledge they gain, students will be able to excel in competitions, in their studies, and eventually in their careers.

Testimonials

"Ran with great enthusiasm and dedication by Atharv Karanjkar, the Business Club that we had in Stratford School in Fremont provided our middle school students with a great introduction to the world of entrepreneurship. Atharv's presentations gave the students a big-picture overview of the business world, and balanced it with specific aspects of economics and marketing principles. Atharv also kept the club grounded by constantly tying the concepts back to the students' interests and past experiences as amateur entrepreneurs (in the form of lemonade stand operators and shoe-collectors salespeople). We are looking forward to having him back to our campus this coming school year, and get even more students excited about the world of business." - Principal - Stratford Middle School, Fremont

"It has definitely helped me understand some concepts as well as some new concepts. It is great." - Student
